Please see our prices below. We try to keep tuition reasonable while still making it reflect the high quality of instruction that is offered at our dojo. There are absolutely NO contracts to be signed at Dentokan Dojo. Students are only expected to keep current with their monthly tuition if they are actively training. If a student decides to discontinue his training, there are no further financial obligations.

All prices listed below are for our regular group classes. Private lessons, seminars, and training sessions are also available upon request at a rate of $50.00 per hour. If you're interested in one of these services, please contact us for more information.

Monthly Tuition: $72.00

Uniform: $75.00–$110.00

Mudansha Testing Fees [under black belt]*: $40.00–$50.00

Yudansha Testing Fees [black belt]**: $100.00+

*Includes belt and diploma; frequency gradually decreases from 3- to 6-month intervals.
**Includes diploma only; belt not included; very low-frequency expense (every few years).

Discounted Family Rates

The list above contains our standard pricing. The two lists below show discounted pricing for multiple members of the same family who train together at Dentokan Dojo. In the lists below, the term family member refers to immediate family members who live in the same residence, i.e., parents and their minor children. The second family member's program must be of equal or lesser value than the first family member's program. Likewise, the third family member's program must be of equal or lesser value than the second family member's program. The rate for the third family member also applies to any family members beyond the three mentioned here.
